Teigha is the OpenDesign library used by Aquaveo applications to read .dgn and .dwg CAD files.
Teigha 3.5.1 will read:
1. .dgn files versions 7 and 8.
2. .dwg file versions AutoCAD 12 through AutoCAD 2012.
Teigha 2.7.1 will read all of the above except for AutoCAD 2012.
A future version of Teigha will read AutoCAD 2013.
