Our FTP site can be found at the link below:
Technical support may ask you to upload files to the ftp server in order to determine the source of issues. To do so, go to the above address in an FTP client program and upload the necessary files to the "incoming" directory.
Most of our files are available for download on our download mirror but not from our public FTP site. For these files, please go to the downloads page at http://www.aquaveo.com/downloads or download the file you need from the relevant wiki page.
