1. Assign layers to solids.
In the Project Explorer, right-click on the solid dataset and select Properties. Enter layer range values in the Properties dialog.

2. Convert solids to MODFLOW using boundary matching.
Select Solids \| Solids → MODFLOW. Select the Boundary Matching option in the Solids → MODFLOW dialog.
