Rho8 Flow Directions
The Rho8 Flow Directions tool generates a flow pointer (flow direction) grid using the Rho8 algorithm. It is a single-flow-direction method routing flow entering each grid cell to one downslope neighbor.
Input Parameters
- Input raster DEM file: – Select the DEM raster file.
- D8 pointer uses the ESRI style scheme – Check here if the file contains D8 ESRI flow direction values.
Output Parameters
- Output raster file: – Enter the name of the newly created raster file.
