Subbasins

The Subbasins tool identifies the catchment areas for each link in a user-specified stream network. It performs a stream link ID operation followed by a watershed operation.

Input Parameters

  • Input D8 pointer raster file: – Select the D8 pointer raster to be used.
  • Input raster streams file: – Select the raster containing the stream network.
  • D8 pointer uses the ESRI style scheme – Click this if the D8 pointer file uses the ESRI style scheme.

Output Parameters

  • Output raster file: – Enter the name for the file that will be generated.
