Teigha is the OpenDesign library used by Aquaveo applications to read *.dwg and *.dxf CAD files.

Teigha Version	Supported Files
3.9.0 (3.09)	*.dwg file versions AutoCAD 12 through AutoCAD 2014.
3.5.1 (3.05)	*.dwg file versions AutoCAD 12 through AutoCAD 2012.
2.7.1	*.dwg file versions AutoCAD 12 through AutoCAD 2011.
