1. Assign stream attributes to arcs.
Using the Select Arcs tool, double-click on stream arcs. Enter stream arc attributes in the Attribute Table dialog.

2. Assign stream attributes to nodes.
Using the Select Points/Nodes File:Tool SelectNode.png tool, double-click on stream nodes. Enter stream node attributes in the Attribute Table dialog.
