Teigha is the OpenDesign library used by Aquaveo applications to read .dgn and .dwg CAD files.

Teigha Version	Supported Files
3.5.1	.dwg file versions AutoCAD 12 through AutoCAD 2012. .dgn files versions 7 and 8.
2.7.1	.dwg file versions AutoCAD 12 through AutoCAD 2011. .dgn files versions 7 and 8.
