AQUAVEO SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
We understand that neither Aquaveo LLC nor its employees makes any warranty express or implied, or assumes any legal responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the computer programs and documents herein ordered. We acknowledge that Aquaveo’s liability for damages associated with these programs is limited to the amounts paid to Aquaveo. We understand that we may register the executable on only one machine per license purchased. We also agree to not make the program available to more persons, at any given time, than the number of licenses purchased. We agree to not distribute this program in unmodified or modified form, outside our organization without the written permission of Aquaveo.
