1. Create additional vertices on arcs.
  1. Use the Create Feature Vertex File:Create Feature Vertex icon.bmp tool to add vertices along arcs.
2. Create split arcs.
  1. Convert vertices to nodes to create more arcs.
3. Merge arcs.
  1. Convert extra nodes to vertices to merge arcs.
4. Refine the arc shape.
  1. Use the Select Feature Vertex File:Select Feature Vertex icon.bmp tool and the Select Feature Node File:Select Feature Point or Node.bmp tool to move/edit existing arcs and refine the shape.
  2. Use the Select Feature Arc File:Select Feature Arc icon.bmp tool to move entire arcs.
5. Renumber vertices on arcs.
