The CMS-Flow Tidal Constituents dialog allows the user to specify the tidal  constituents to force with along any tidal constituent-forcing boundaries that  have been defined within the M2D grid.  The user must specify an amplitude and  phase for each constituent that will be used to force with.  Up to eight  constituents may be used: M2, S2, N2, K2, K1, O1, M4, and M6.
