The Transport Observation Package (TOB) calculates simulated values associated with observations. The observations may be from point observations, such as measured concentrations at locations. The package can also compute a mass flux associate with a group of MODFLOW boundary conditions. For example, if a contaminant plume migrates to a river this package can compute a mass flux into the boundary conditions that represent the river in the flow model.
