1. Merge scatter point sets
Using the Select Scatter Point Set tool, select multiple scatter point sets in the Graphics Window. Select the Scatter Points | Merge Scatter Point Sets command. In the Scatter Point Set Name dialog assign a name to the new scatter set.

2. Merge coverages.
Select multiple coverages that have feature objects which need to be on the same coverage. Use the Merge right-click command. Right-click on the new coverage and edit the coverage setup. Use the Clean Options dialog to resolve conflicting feature object data in the new coverage.
