- Use the New Coverage right-click command.
- Use the New Coverage dialog to create a new coverage by selecting the desired coverage type, naming naming the coverage (optional).
- Alternatively, a new coverage can be created by:
- Using the Duplicate command on an existing coverage with any feature object currently on that coverage.
- Use the Rename command.
- Change the coverage type.
