The Transport Observation Package (TOB) calculates simulated values associated with observations as well as mass flux associated with MODFLOW boundary conditions.
The Transport Observation Package (TOB) calculates simulated values associated with observations as well as mass flux associated with MODFLOW boundary conditions.
The observations may be from point observations, such as measured concentrations at locations. The observations are specified in coverages in the map tools within GMS. Coverages selectd in this dialog will be used by the package.


The package can also compute a mass flux associate with a group of MODFLOW boundary conditions. For example, if a contaminant plume migrates to a river this package can compute a mass flux into the boundary conditions that represent the river in the flow model.
