  1. Select the File:GMS 3D Grid Module icon.png grid in the the Project Explorer.
  2. Select the MODFLOW | Global Options... command.
  3. Select the MODFLOW version, model type, and run options.
  4. Set up the stress periods, packages, units, arrays (IBOUND, starting heads, top and bottom elevations, and confining beds), LGR options, layers, and porosity.
