To export files, use the following steps:

1. Save the file.
  1. Select the File | Save As... Command.
  2. Browse to the location to store the file, give the file a name, and select the file type.
2. Screen caputure an image.
  1. Select the Edit | Screen Capture Command.
  2. Enter parameters in the Copy to Clipboard dialog.
  3. Paste image into an image processing program.
