The author of the program has retired from the USGS and limited resources suggest that this program will not be maintained like the rest of the MODFLOW 6 code base.
Aquaveo has integrated the save MODFLOW 6 feature into the library that used to save native text. Unlike mf5to6, this utility converts MODFLOW 2000, 2005, NWT, USG, and USG-Transport models. Currently, it does not convert LGR.
Not all MODFLOW Packages are supported in MODFLOW 6. The following table shows the correlation between MODFLOW 6 packages and packages from previous versions of MODFLOW.
