1. Start with a FESWMS model.
See the FESWMS Project Workflow if needed.
2. Start with a steering module.
  1. Select the Data | Steering Module menu command.
  2. In the Steerin Wizard, select the FESWMS Spindown option.
  3. Select spindown options.
  4. Run the FESWMS Spindown.
3. Load the spindown solution.
  1. Use the File | Open command to import the solution file (*.flo).
