Use Merging Ugrids in SMS by doing the following:

1. Launch Toolbox.
  1. Click on Unstructured Grids.
  2. Click Merge Ugrids-Merge Two Ugrids.
  3. Click Run Tool.
2. Merge Ugrids.
  1. In Merge 2D grids select Disjoint_Primary.
  2. Select Disjoint_secondary.
  3. Make other selections as necessary.
  4. Name the Project and click Run Tool.
