To export files, use the following steps:
| 1. Export a file.
|
| 1. Export through the File menu.
|
- Select the File | Save As... command.
- Browse to the location to store the file, give the file a name, and select the file type.

| 2. Export through the Project Explorer.
|
- Right-click on a data object or folder in the Project Explorer and select the Export
 command.
- Browse to the location to store the file, give the file a name, and select the file type.

| 2. Screen caputure an image.
|
- Select the Edit | Screen Capture command.
- Enter parameters in the Copy to Clipboard dialog.
- Paste image into an image processing program.
