To create observations in SMS, use the following steps:

1. Create observation arcs.
  1. Create an Observation coverage.
  2. Create arcs in the coverage.
[show]2. Create observation plots.
  1. Start the Plot Wizard.
  2. Select the observation profiles option.
  3. View the plot in the plot window.
