To build a feature stamp, use the following steps:

3. Create a feature stamp coverage.
  1. Right-click on the Map Data folder and select the New Coverage command.
  2. Use the New Coverage dialog to create a feature stamping coverage.
4. Create a centerline and feature objects.
  1. Create a centerline arc.
  2. Create other feature points and arcs as needed.
5. Assign attributes.
Assign attributes to the centerline including:
  1. The elevation along the centerline.
  2. The cross sections along the centerline
6. Stamp the feature.
  1. Use the Convert → Stamp Features ... command.
