The SED-ZLJ sediment model is a sub-model of the EFDC model.

SED-ZLJ Options

The SED-ZLJ Options dialog is reached by selecting the SED-ZJL coverage in the Map module and then double-clicking on a active node.

Sediment Size Classes

The Sediment Size Classes tab has the following options for entering data:

  • Use measured cohesive setline velocities
  • Cohesive
  • Settling velocity
  • D50
  • Specific gravity
  • Crit. shear for susp.
  • Crit. shear for erosion
  • Initial concentration
