To use SRH-2D monitoring points, follow the steps below:
Expand1. Create a Monitor coverage.
|
- Create a new coverage with the SRH-2D "Monitor" type.
- Select Map Data in the Project Explorer and use the New Coverage right-click command.
- Use the New Coverage dialog to create a new coverage by selecting the desired coverage type, and naming the coverage.
|
Expand2. Create feature points in the coverage.
|
- Use the Create Feature Point
tool to create points in the coverage. Typically at least two points are created: one in the channel near the upstream boundary, or the bridge opening, and the other in the channel near the downstream boundary.
