| Menu Command | Description |

| New Simulation... | Creates a new MODFLOW simulation and brings up the Global Options/Basic Package dialog. If a simulation exists then the current one will be deleted and a new one will be made. |
| Delete Simulation... | Deletes the current MODFLOW simulation. |
| Check Simulation... | Brings up the Model Checker dialog. This generates a list of possible errors and warning messages in the top scrolling window. |
| Run MODFLOW... | Initiates the MODFLOW executable. GMS will ask if you would like to save your work before running the executable. |
