Currently UGrids cannot be converted to other data types (TINs, meshes etc).

UGrids can be coverrted from 2D to 3D by using the Extrude Down to 3D Grid command and converted from 3D to 2D using the 3D → 2D command.

UGrids can be exported to various file types. See the article Exporting UGrids.
