[http://www.aquaveo.com/technical-support/ Technical support] may ask some users to upload files here in order to determine the source of issues. To do so, email Technical support at support@aquaveo.com and they will send you a link and a password to a folder in our cloud where you can drop your files. Any files we wish to send back to you will also be dropped in your individual, password-protected folder.
Technical support may request uploading files to the ftp server in order to determine the source of issues.

Most of our files are available for download on our download mirror but not from our file cloud. For these files, please go to the downloads page at http://www.aquaveo.com/downloads or download the file from the relevant wiki page.
