Transport modeling can be added to a FEMWATER model.
To include transport modeling in a FEMWATER model, include the following steps:
1. Begin with an existing FEMWATER project.

- The existing model can be created using the FEMWATER flow model.

2. Turn on transport options.

1. Turn on the conceptual model transport option.

- Right-click on the FEMWATER conceptual model and select the Properties menu command.
- Turn on the Transport option in the Conceptual Model Properties dialog.

2. Turn on the coverage transport option.
|
- Right-click on the FEMWATER coverage and select the Coverage Setup menu command.
- Turn on the Transport BC option in the Coverage Setup dialog.

3. Define the boundary conditions.

1. Assign boundary conditions to arcs.

- Using Select Arc tool, right-click on the arc and select the Attributes Table command.
- Define the boundary condition properties in the Attributes Table dialog.

2. Assign boundary conditions to nodes.

- Using the Select Point/Node tool, right-click on the node and select the Attributes Table command.
- Define the boundary condition properties in the Attributes Table dialog.

5. Enter analysis options.
