To build a feature stamp, use the following steps:

3. Create a feature stamp coverage and centerline.
  1. Right-click on the Map Data folder and select the New Coverage command.
  2. Use the New Coverage dialog to create a feature stamping coverage.
  3. Create a centerline arc.
4. Assign attributes.
Assign attributes to the centerline including:
  1. The elevation along the centerline.
  2. The cross sections along the centerline
5. Stamp the feature.
This converts the centerline and its attributes to:
  1. Another coverage containing all the extents and details of the feature
  2. A scatter set defining the elevation for the feature.
6. Continue with project.
After creating a feature stamp, continue the project using the desired model workflow.
