A GSSHA groundwater model begins with an existing long-term simulation project with all the parameters for a basic surface water simulation already defined. To set up a groundwater model in GSSHA with WMS, do the following:
1. Add an aquifer bottom map. |
---|
2. Add an initial water table elevation map. |
---|
3. Define hydraulic conductivity and porosity. |
---|
4. Set groundwater job control. |
---|
5. Define the hydraulic conductivity and porosity map. |
---|
6. Output control. |
---|
7. Save and run the groundwater model. |
