WMS:2D Grid Creation Workflows

To create a 2D Grid in WMS, use the following steps:

1. Select a module.
Select a module at the top of the WMS window. Right-click in the Graphics Window. Select New | 2D Grid. If the Map Module is active and there is at least one polygon in the Graphics Window, a grid can also be created using the Feature Objects Menu.

2. Enter the grid data.
Enter the data for the grid's X and Y dimensions. Enter either the number of cells to be created in each direction, or the Base cell size and Limit cell size. Choose either Mesh centered or Cell Centered to be the Grid type. Enter the Default plane value. Click OK.
