The CLN process is only supported by [[GMS:MODFLOW-USG|MODFLOW-USG]]. CLN input data can be imported from existing simulations. GMS also supports manual creation of input data for the Connected Linear Network (CLN) Process in MODFLOW-USG.
The Connected Linear Network (CLN) Process was developed for MODFLOW-USG to model one dimensional connected features that are much smaller than a groundwater flow model's cells.<ref name="tm6-A45">{{citation
