ArcObjects® is a development platform provided by [http://www.esri.com/ ESRI®] that allows developers of other applications to incorporate ArcView/ArcGIS® capability directly within their application. ArcObjects® is used to incorporate ArcView® functionalities into XMS software. This allows users to use ArcView® functionality within XMS software.
